There will be an evening mass in Ballyea Church on the Fridays of Lent.  On Friday next 7^th March which is a First Friday mass will be at 8pm.  It will be the Month’s Mind mass for the late Annie Wall nee McInerney Barnageeha, Darragh,  who died last month and was our oldest parishioner.

Every other Friday evening during Lent the mass will be at 7pm in Ballyea.  Please note the time change.  This mass is offered on an attendance basis and if there is a poor turnout we will cease to offer it.  The change from 8pm to 7pm is due to poor attendance at 8pm in previous years and the expressed view that 7pm may suit people better at this time of year.  We will give it a try.
