Building on the village transformation of the last decade, the Tidy Towns Village Enhancement Project and becoming a national prize winner, the magnificent GAA supported community astro-turf amenity project, Heritage Group, Men’s Shed and many other notable successes….it’s now time for the community to come together and set out its vision, goals and priorities for the next 5 years. Initiated by Clarecastle Community Development, the new Plan will be facilitated by local woman Sinéad Doody. A community consultation meeting will be held in the School Hall on Thursday 30th November at 7.30pm to outline how the process will work, get your thoughts and, most importantly, outline the many different ways you can have your say.
