This Gallery is a collection of photographs from across the years. We hope it brings back memories and shows the vibrant community that we are today.
Clarecastle & Ballyea Heritage & Wildlife Group are delighted that after many months of planning, their wildlife and historical signs have just been erected on the quay in Clarecastle .
One sign shows the wonderful story of the quay area, with historic photographs and script. The other sign depicts the wildlife that can be seen on the River Fergus and mudflats, with many photographs in colour of the flora and fauna of the area.
This project involved collaboration with Clare Co Council.
The group are grateful to Tidy Towns for selection of signage location. Come along and have a look!
